Having a solid relationship with your suppliers is crucial for any business and when it comes to production the ability to visit suppliers, sit down with them and talk about designs, opportunities and other business issues is even more beneficial. Fortunately for us, even though a five hour round trip we are able to do the above which throws open the odd design, pattern or shape which may be missing from a suppliers website or catalogue.
One such 'find' is this little gem of a design which has been hidden away in a portfolio for a few years now so we decided it was time to bring it back to life. The brand new 'Olivo' range replaces the original Olive design, colours of yellow green and black remain pretty much the same but we think that the pattern itself is much less busy, cleaner and looks great on a range of Spanish ceramic bowls, olive servers and drinks servers.
Generally, simple works and we think as well as some fantastic feedback from traders in the UK and overseas that this new (or old!) olivo design fits into the world of simplicity, just like tapas, easy and non complicated the olivo range offers a vibrance of Spain with what is probably the most famous and simple tapa of them all - the olive.
The new range of 'Olivo' ceramics are available to the trade with worldwide shipping and can also be seen here on our ecommerce sister site Orce Serrano Hams & Ceramics.
